Data security and account rights under our terms

Your data, your control

We collect your name, email, phone number and payment details to verify your identity and process deposits and withdrawals. You can request a copy of all your data or ask us to delete your account. Contact [email protected] to start a data request; we respond within 30 days.

Withdrawal verification

Before we send money back to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account, we verify the withdrawal matches your registered payment method. This takes 2–5 minutes on average. Delays can happen if your bank's system is slow; we'll flag this in your account.

Account closure and retention

You can close your account anytime from Settings. We keep your account data for 12 months after closure for tax and dispute purposes, then delete it. Active accounts are kept as long as you need them.

Cookie and tracking

We use cookies to remember your login, language preference and deposit history. Essential cookies are always on; you can disable optional tracking cookies in Settings. Our full cookie policy is in the footer.

Dispute and complaint process

If you disagree with a withdrawal decision or claim a transaction was unauthorised, email [email protected] with your account username and the date. We investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Account suspension and terms breach

If we detect breach of terms — for example, using bots or accessing from a restricted region — we suspend the account pending review. You can appeal within 14 days. We notify you by email with the reason.

Frequently asked questions about our terms

Inactive accounts remain open and your balance stays safe. We don't charge dormancy fees. If your account is inactive for 24 months, we may send you a notice; you can reactivate anytime by logging in. We retain all account data and transaction history while your account exists.

Our terms say you must access from your true location. VPNs and proxies violate our terms and may result in account suspension. If you travel, you can log in from your new location as long as it's not in a restricted region. Contact support if you're unsure about your region.

We accept DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS for deposits and withdrawals. Each method must be registered in your own name. Bank transfers are available in some regions; check your deposit screen. You can link multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for each transaction.

You have 30 days to withdraw your full balance after submitting a closure request. After 30 days, your remaining balance stays in your account but is inaccessible until you contact support to reopen it. Withdrawals go to your registered payment method only.

Email [email protected] with your account username, the transaction date and details of the dispute. We investigate within 10 business days and respond with our findings. If your payment provider also disputes the transaction, we work with them to resolve it.

Yes. Go to Settings in your account and choose daily, weekly or monthly Deposit references. You can also set a session timeout that logs you out after a set period of inactivity. Changes take effect immediately and you can adjust them anytime.

No. We don't sell your personal data. We share only what's needed with payment processors to clear your deposits and withdrawals, and with our support and fraud teams. All sharing is governed by privacy law. You can request what data we hold by emailing [email protected].
